Without the heroes who serve our communities and those who came before us, we wouldn’t have the lives and opportunities we have today.
At WilCo, we believe in giving back to those who have given so much. That’s why we’re proud to offer discounts to help make it easier for our heroes to maintain, repair, replace, or schedule the services they need.
It’s our way of showing appreciation for their service, sacrifice, and the lasting impact they’ve made on our lives and communities.
Every home was built by hand, and no two window openings are exactly alike. That’s why we take precise measurements for every window replacement, ensuring your new windows fit properly without being too tight. A proper fit helps protect window operation, performance, and the finished appearance of your home. We offer high-quality windows at a great price, manufactured right here in Utah! Whether you're looking for enhanced energy efficiency with high-performance glass or a more budget-friendly option that still provides insulation and temperature protection, we’ll help you find the right fit for your home and your budget.
Siding does more than change the look of your home. It helps protect it from the elements for years to come. We offer vinyl, fiber cement, LP SmartSide, and metal siding, each with its own look, benefits, and price point. Whether you're after the affordability of vinyl, the natural wood look of LP SmartSide, or the durability of fiber cement, we'll help you find the right fit for your home. Every detail matters, from preparing the exterior to installing each piece with precision. Whether you're building new, replacing old siding, or giving your home a much-needed facelift, we focus on quality workmanship and lasting results at a price that makes sense.
Soffit, fascia, and rain gutters do more than complete the look of your home's exterior. They help protect your roofline, support proper attic ventilation, and direct rainwater away from your home to help prevent water damage. We install quality soffit, fascia, and metal wraps to create a clean, finished appearance, with rain gutter installation available to complete your exterior. Whether you're updating an older home or finishing new construction, we'll help you find the right options for lasting protection and a polished look.
Not every siding problem requires a full replacement. From storm damage and loose panels to cracked siding and hard-to-match repairs, we work to restore your home's exterior without replacing more than necessary. With siding styles, colors, and textures constantly evolving, matching older siding can be a challenge. We take the time to find the closest possible match and blend repairs with your existing exterior for a clean, consistent look. Whether it's a small repair or a damaged section that needs replacing, we'll help get your home's exterior looking its best.
Utah weather doesn't always cooperate with construction schedules. If rain, snow, or freezing temperatures affect your project, we'll adjust the schedule to ensure materials are installed under the right conditions. Our goal is to deliver quality work that lasts, and sometimes that means waiting for the weather to clear.
We believe in doing things the right way, and that starts with protecting our customers and their homes. WilCo maintains the appropriate contractor credentials and insurance for its work. We're happy to provide documentation so you can feel confident about who you're hiring.
Removing old siding can reveal problems that weren't visible before, including damaged sheathing, moisture intrusion, or deteriorated materials. If we uncover an issue, we'll explain what we've found, walk you through your options, and discuss any additional costs before proceeding. We believe in keeping you informed so there are no surprises along the way.
Matching older siding isn't always easy. Manufacturers change colors, profiles, and textures over time, and some products are discontinued altogether. We take the time to find the closest available match and help you choose a repair that blends as naturally as possible with your existing exterior.
Project timelines depend on the season, material availability, and the scope of work. Utah's exterior construction season can get busy, so we recommend reaching out early when possible. We'll discuss your project, provide a realistic timeline, and keep you informed as we work toward getting your project underway.
We believe in showing appreciation for those who serve our communities and those who came before us. That's why we offer special savings on qualifying materials for seniors 65 and older, military veterans, active-duty service members, first responders, and healthcare professionals. To qualify, projects must meet our minimum material purchase requirement. Simply let us know you're eligible when requesting your estimate, and we'll apply your discount to qualifying material costs. Proof of eligibility may be requested. It's our way of saying thank you while helping make quality exterior improvements a little more affordable.
